Boring on purpose
Proven components, simple topologies, predictable deploys. Infrastructure should be the least interesting part of your week.

Rebuildable from the repo
Servers, DNS, pipelines and config live in code. If it can’t be rebuilt from the repository, it isn’t finished.

Backups you’ve restored
A backup nobody has restored is a theory. We run the restore too.

Right-sized compute
GPUs when utilization justifies them, the edge when latency does, one well-tuned server when that’s all it takes.
